Referral Terms
Simple and transparent terms
Commission is paid once the project has been completed and Calico Joinery has received full payment from the customer.
You receive 3.5% of the total qualifying project value.
The qualifying project value is the amount paid to Calico Joinery for the completed project, excluding VAT, refunds, cancellations and unpaid balances.
No commission is payable if the customer does not accept the quotation or if the work does not go ahead.
No commission is payable on cancelled, refunded or unpaid work.
No. Calico Joinery quotes, manages and completes the work under its own company name.
No. Partners must not quote prices, promise availability or make guarantees on behalf of Calico Joinery.
Yes. The customer must agree before their personal details are passed to Calico Joinery.
The referral must be a genuine new lead and must be registered before Calico has already been contacted by the customer.
Each referral will be recorded against the referring business using the referral form and partner details.
